Terms & Conditions



Ordering
  1. Orders are taken in on a first come first serve basis.
  2. You will receive an email subsequently. In the event that you do not receive any reply from us, it means that the items are sold/pending when we reach your comment.

Payment
  1. All payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated.
  2. If you do not make the payment within 24 hours, we are sorry to inform you that you will earn yourself a place in our deadbuyer list and no priority will be given in future purchases.
  3. We accept ibank/ATM transfer to DBS/POSB only. Interbank transfer is also available however 3 working days are required for verification.
  4. For ATM transfer, please email us a clear snap shot of your transaction receipt from the ATM to us, as a proof of transfer to our account. We will mail out the parcel once the payment is verified.
  5. Prices are not inclusive of normal postage unless stated otherwise.
    For normal postage, please add $1.50 to price stated for one item purchased, $0.50 for every additional piece.
    For registered postage, please add $3.75 to price stated for one item purchased, $0.50 for every additional piece.
Delivery
  1. Normal postage takes 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to deliver. Tracking of parcel is not available via normal mail hence we strongly encourage our customers to opt for Registered postage.
  2. We will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
Products
  1. Length discrepancy of 0.5” -2” in our given measurements shall not be considered a defect.
  2. Colour of products may be differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and the strong studio lighting.
Exchange policy
  1. All exchanges have to be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel.
  2. The item must be returned, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (with tag attached, if any) to qualified for an exchange.
  3. You may email us with the snapshots of the defects and our customer service will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  4. We will do a one-for-one exchange for the defective items. Should the items run out of stock, a full refund will be given.
  5. Exchange of sizes and colours of the apparels will not be entertained.
Laundry care
  1. We strongly advise that all apparels to be hand washed in mild detergent.
